There was an intentionality behind everything—the way the building is set up, the way customers are greeted, and most importantly, the way the employees interact with you. Nothing felt accidental or transactional. The entire experience felt designed around making people feel welcome, respected, and cared for.
What stood out even more was hearing employees talk about their own experiences there. So many people spoke about their history with Beaver Toyota and their plans to be there for the long run. They genuinely seemed happy to work there. And you can feel that happiness as a customer.

My experience with Elijah at Beaver Toyota was pleasant. He was helpful, informative, and keep me up to date during the car buying experience. However, I cannot give the dealership 5 stars because having to wait 6+ weeks for a car was not ideal.

I understand how dealerships operate and that they make money through add‑ons. That wasn’t the issue. The problem was his condescending tone and disrespectful comments. He repeatedly said, “You don’t want to save any money,” simply because I declined the warranty. He then asked whether I planned to pay for repairs if my son ever had an issue with the truck. How I manage my family and our finances is none of his business.
I explained that I had purchased a car from Beaver Toyota in March and paid off $39K in a month, so I’m confident I can support my son if repairs are ever needed. Once he realized I wasn’t changing my mind, he left and turned everything back over to Todd.
I don’t know this manager’s name, but as a VP at a financial company myself, I can say confidently that he is in serious need of customer service training.

Everything at Beaver took a very long time. Finding the sales person, we told we on our way or had an appointment with. Waiting for the finance department. Being asked for information we could have had available if asked ahead of time. Being rushed during pick-up of the car. Trying to have phone calls returned. Trying to get the negotiations for repairs done. By the end of the four days we had to spend at the dealership getting the car and the week we had to wait for it to be ready with no updates from our salesperson I had decided I never wanted to be at Beaver Toyota again.
I also realize that a lot of people are waiting in the lobbies and therefore it needs to be cold but, as a number of your salespeople who wear long sleeves could tell you, if a customer did not bring a sweater there should be a couple of rooms that have a sign and are kept warmer for waiting in.
Nathaniel and James were fantastic. James was very patient and accommodating. Questions were answered professionally and promptly, even if they needed to seek the answer. The finance person (sorry I can not recall his name atm but his is Venezuelan/Colombian) was quick, professional, and made sure we understood the process. Great experience.
