Steve Newton, my sales guy, was great. No pressure from him, he let me drive the models I was interested in, and he answered all my questions. He helped me order the specific RAV4 I wanted and deal with my trade-in. Then Santa in Financing made wrapping up the deal a dream. My experience was quick and painless. I emailed a sales person for about two days, they presented me with a good deal, and the exact car I wanted arrived a day later. At the dealer itself it probably took 2 hours start to finish, which is definitely the fastest purchase I’ve ever experienced at a dealer.

I completed my negotiation online and that part was seamless. I did take away one star because of the communication bear down in the finance office. The finance agent was nice enough but we defiantly were not communicating, I would say what I understand to be what he was explaining and he would agree but when the paperwork came out something else would be displayed. We did come to a mutual agreement in the end.

This is my 3rd vehicle from beaver and I wanted all electric car that I could put a trail hitch on. I had to order my hitch on line and will have to go to a hitch dealership to have it installed. I am not happy at all about this and hope you can do something about it.

I can't say enough about the customer service I received when purchasing a new truck. I was greeted by Sarah. At first, I was hesitant because she was young, but as I told her what I was looking for, she was very competent and showed me the various vehicles that fit my needs. They will sell you a car with a check engine light on and airbags codes after you drive just 300 miles they don’t truly care about safety concerns and they lied on their inspection. It doesn’t worth your trust. And at the end they will try to hide behind it was sold as is . Please don’t waste your money.

Absolute Nightmare in Finance
DO NOT USE THEIR FINANCE DEPARTMENT.
The dealership itself is nice with a small-town feel. Steve Newton, in Sales, was friendly and helpful, ask for him. What should have been an exciting day picking up my brand-new Tacoma TRD turned into a miserable experience.
All of the numbers were agreed upon before I walked in—all I needed to do was sign and drive. Instead, they kept me there the entire day under the guise of "getting me a better deal."
To make matters worse, I specifically instructed them to only pull my Equifax report because my other bureaus had not updated yet, and I explicitly stated I did not want the extra credit hits. They promised they would only run Equifax with SETF(Toyota Finance). Instead, they completely lied, pulled all three bureaus, and submitted applications to multiple banks without my consent.
If you hear, "We're working hard to get you a better rate, and I don't want you to miss a great opportunity," be warned: whatever follows sounds fantastic, but it is not in your favor.
They painted a beautiful picture about saving me thousands in interest. In reality, they swapped banks, raised my interest rate, and shortened the loan term. While a shorter term technically lowers total interest, making that same higher payment on the original longer-term, lower-interest loan saves significantly more money. In my opinion, the numbers make it clear: they lied, wasted my entire day, and ruined my buying experience just to switch lenders and collect a better backend kickback.
They completely destroyed any dealership loyalty. I will only return for the free oil changes and warranty repairs included with the truck.
Advice for buyers:
* Secure your own financing before ever stepping foot in the dealership.
* Do not trust their promises regarding credit pulls. Freeze your reports beforehand if you want control over who sees them.
* If you must use their finance department, do not let them rush you. Walk away, go home, and run the math yourself. They are soft-spoken and friendly, but they do not have your best interest in mind.
We had a great experience at the dealership. Tony was extremely helpful in helping us find the right car in the right price range for our daughter.

Beaver Toyota of Cumming has gained a lifetime customer! From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt comfortable and welcomed. The dealership truly stands out from the others, and the staff was fantastic.
Our sales team was attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough when showing us the vehicles. I learned more about the cars during this visit than I did at the 15+ other dealerships I visited beforehand—and I’m not exaggerating! They took the time to answer my questions and helped me make a decision I felt completely comfortable with.
My only disappointment was with the finance team. They were very backed up, and it took much longer than expected to speak with someone. Ultimately, I ended up completing the process over the phone.
Despite the delay with financing, I highly recommend Beaver Toyota of Cumming. The positive experience far outweighed that one setback. I live about an hour away, but I will absolutely make the drive back because of the dealership and, most importantly, the wonderful staff.
