Beaver Toyota is the Chick-fil-a of car dealers. Every person is friendly and knowledgeable. They're clearly focused on customer satisfaction. I purchased my vehicle almost a year ago and recently went back for service. From the sales and service departments to the lunch counter and coffee station, they exceeded my expectations. Just a month before Beaver I purchased from a very large, well known dealership and the experience was vastly different. It wasn't horrible - Its just that Beaver was exceptional.

I gave my sales contact Omar the basic details of the vehicle I wanted and then met him at the dealership and after seeing a few, picked out the one I wanted. He told me what they were going to do with the vehicle before I picked it up and Beaver came through with every promise whether it had been verbal or on paper. I believe this is the first vehicle I have ever purchased without driving it beforehand, but I have a coworker that is a Beaver customer and based on his experience, I knew they would stand behind the purchase and fix any issues that popped up. Thanks to Omar and Beaver Toyota for a painless experience.

I can't say enough about my experience here. I came in very casually looking to later get a used car and they happened to have the exact car I wanted, down to body style and color. Chris Wilson helped me the day I initially saw it and answered all of my questions over text the next day. Special thanks to both Pam Watson and Tony Keels for really going above and beyond to make it happen when I came back. I couldn't be happier

I brought my Lexus RX450H for repair to the front end. Erica, who was the point person, was very professional and answered all of my questions. The damage was repaired, and the paint job was perfect. My car was returned much sooner than was promised. I'd recommend them.

I am from NJ, was in GA to visit my friends on a long weekend, my car needed an oil change, so checked with Beaver Toyota if they can do it for me, they immediatly agreed for it and scheduled me with an appointment, I must say beaver has one of the best facilities - waiting halls and facilities in waiting hall, they gave me an estimate to complete the job in certain time frame and returned it before the commited deadline, I was immpressed the way they they received me and delivered me a clean car.

Blown away by the facility and staff! My first visit and I’ve never experienced anything like it! Wow!

Bought a 2025 Crown XLE from this dealership with salesman Michael Godomar. I got nothing but professional service. Everything was dealt with through emails and phone calls. Luis Veas the sales manager was a pleasure to work with during the negotiations process. They even offered to deliver the car to me! But I chose to pickup at the dealership to finish signing the paperwork. LILI in finance is a professional; she anticipated all my questions and even downloaded all the paperwork on a usb for me to take home. How very thoughtful. Michael then spent at least half an hour with me to go over all the features of the new car. Couldn’t be happier with the service. Looking forward to come back for the maintenance service at this dealership, since it was included in the price of the car.

EVERY person you encounter at Beaver Toyota are the nicest most helpful people. I cannot recommend Manuela enough. I was indecisive on what vehicle I wanted. She showed me at least 5 different cars and was able to explain the difference with ALL the questions I had. I will most definitely be back next time I need a car and will definitely recommend to friends and family. Oh and finance was a breeze! Great job!!

Scott Taylor, Kollin and Kindi did a fantastic job finding exactly which spec of the 2024 4runner I was looking for. I feel like I got a good price on my trade-in, a good deal on the sale, and the rest of the experience went exceeding well and very quickly. I can tell Beaver has their processes dialed in, for example the step to make sure my apple carplay was setup before I left the lot.. Even though it was late at night. Great work guys!!
