Toyota Platinum Warranty

ToyotaCare® Platinum – also commonly referred to as Toyoguard® Platinum or the Toyota Platinum Warranty – is an optional extended warranty plan for your new Toyota truck, sedan, or SUV after your initial ToyotaCare® coverage expires. Most new Toyota models come with ToyotaCare® coverage for 2 years or 25,000 miles – whichever comes first. When a ToyotaCare® Platinum warranty is purchased, the warranty coverage drivers had under ToyotaCare® is extended for 3-4 years for 45,000 miles – whichever comes first. What is ToyotaCare®?

When you buy a new Toyota you’ll get a ToyotaCare® Warranty plan with your purchase. This coverage plan includes oil changes, tire rotations, 24/7 roadside assistance, and rental car assistance. As a no-cost maintenance plan, ToyotaCare® will help you keep your Toyota in top condition for your daily drives in Johns Creek and weekend adventures out of town. However, this warranty plan will expire after two years or 25,000 miles*. To continue to get excellent service and the extra perks that come with ToyotaCare®, drivers can purchase Toyoguard® Platinum.

What Does ToyotaCare® Platinum Cover?

Toyota Platinum Care coverage steps in after your initial ToyotaCare® warranty plan expires. The ToyoGuard® Platinum plan offers the same benefits offered under ToyotaCare®, and is even transferable on non-commercial vehicles if you decide to sell your Toyota later on. • Oil Changes: Receive four conventional oil changes or two synthetic oil changes with ToyotaCare® Platinum. These oil changes will include oil filter changes as well! Oil changes must be redeemed within five years of your original vehicle purchase or before 60,000 miles*.
• Tire Rotations: Receive four tire rotations when you come in for Toyota service. Tire rotations must be redeemed within five years of your original vehicle purchase or before 60,000 miles*.
• Roadside Assistance: Whether you need a car jump start, tire service, fuel delivery, lockout assistance, or limited winching and towing, you can get roadside assistance with the Toyota Platinum warranty. Available 24 hours a day, toll-free at 1-800-528-2054. Offered for five years or 60,000 miles*.
• Rental Assistance: If your Toyota needs to stay overnight at one of our service centers, you’ll receive rental car coverage for a one-day rental. This can be used for up to five occurrences, and only on damages/repairs that are covered under your Toyota warranty.
• Protective Coating: Toyoguard® Paint Sealant will protect your vehicle from harsh and hazardous weather conditions, allowing it to look like-new for years to come. Additionally, the Toyoguard® Interior Fabric Protector helps prevent stain absorption in carpets and fabric seats.
