2025 Toyota Sequoia Performance

Toyota Sequoia Performance

The 2025 Sequoia adopts some of Toyota’s most powerful propulsion systems on the market. This premium SUV runs on the i-FORCE MAX engine, which develops up to 437 hp. Compressing regular gasoline at 10.4:1, a V-6 engine is part of the patented hybrid system. Iridium-tipped spark plugs initiate combustion in the six-cylinder engine. Dual turbochargers deliver impactful boosts during each cycle. An electric motor cranks out 184 lb-ft of peak torque without any delays. Up to 240 cells store electrical energy in the 288-V, nickel-metal hydride battery pack. This sealed Ni-MH battery holds up to 1.87 kWh of energy. The 2025 Sequoia extracts slightly more than 580 lb-ft of torque from the parallel hybrid system. This deluxe Toyota SUV tows slightly over 9,500 net pounds. You should engage the Tow-Haul Mode for the best possible trailering performance. Several other driving modes refine the 10-speed automatic transmission system and 4WDemand system. Twin-tube shocks bolster the double-wishbone front suspension. When rolling on a 4WD, this premium Toyota model clears the ground by 8.7 inches. Tuned for sport handling, Bilstein shocks are available for the TRD Pro. This versatile model has a 23-degree approach for better off-road performance.
