The 2025 Toyota Crown draws up to 236 horsepower from a standard hybrid powertrain. Carrying the Dynamic Force engineering, a 2.5-L engine does most of the propulsion. A 230.4-V nickel-metal hydride battery provides an alternative energy source. This battery feeds the front 88-kW motor and rear 40-kW motor. The ECVT system synchronizes the working components in the hybrid powertrain. This deluxe Toyota sedan has a six-speed automatic transmission built on the Direct Shift platform. The sport-tuned gearbox forms a formidable partnership with the i-FORCE MAX engine, generating up to 340 hp. Displacing just 2.4 L, a turbocharged engine produces most of the power. You won’t find any turbocharged parts under the 2025 Toyota Camry’s hood. This midsize sedan is powered by a standard hybrid system that yields up to 232 hp. The entire lineup includes the ECVT system. If you want better traction, get the Electronic On-Demand AWD. Similarly, the 2025 Crown already rolls on a standard AWD. This athletic model offers the Custom Mode for your drive. Both Toyota sedans have the Sport, EV, and Eco modes. Supported by the Adaptive Variable Suspension, the Crown hugs the ground with precision and poise.
Technology Features
Standing on the 2025 Crown’s center stack, a 12.3-inch touchscreen provides a highly immersive digital experience.
