2025 Toyota Crown Limited Performance Features

Performance Features

Toyota installed a hybrid powertrain on the 2025 Crown Limited and Nightshade. Using efficient engineering, the signature powerhouse generates 340 net horsepower. A conventional I-4 engine block delivers up to 236 hp from pure combustion. This 2.5-liter engine compresses regular-quality gasoline at a 14:1 ratio. When working at 5,200 RPM, the Dynamic Force engine twists 163 pound-feet of torque. The ECVT system diverts power from the hybrid system to the all-wheel drive. The main electric motor sends nearly 120 net hp to the front wheels. The secondary motor sends slightly over 50 net hp to the rear driveline. Both motors extract electrical power from a standard Nickel-Metal Hydride battery. In fact, the EV Mode only harnesses power from the battery pack. You’ll get the maximum possible output from the hybrid engine with some assistance from the Sport Mode. If you want a great balance of fuel economy and power, activate the Normal Mode. Both 2025 Crown models carry up to 14.5 gallons of gasoline. These premium hybrid sedans have a combined rating of up to 41 mpg. Additionally, the sporty Active Cornering Assist and efficient regenerative braking optimize performance on the road.

A 12.3-inch multimedia system is standard on the 2025 Crown Limited and Nightshade. You’ll have lots of digital Toyota Connected applications at your fingertips. If you need travel guidance, explore the Drive Connect portal. Both trims have a one-year trial to this signature app, which includes Google Points of Interest and GPS navigation. Both sedans have 30 days of free access to Wi-Fi Connect, including 3 GB of mobile data on the AT&T network. You’ll even get a year of free Remote Connect features on each model. Toyota provides complimentary 10-year trials to Service Connect and Safety Connect. Additionally, 11 JBL speakers with SiriusXM are standard on both models.

Some of the Limited’s exterior paint options include Supersonic Red and Bronze Age. Both sedans have a panoramic roof with incredible views of the sky.
