Performance Features
Whipping out 202 net horsepower, the 2.5-liter Dynamic Force engine propels the 2024 Toyota Camry XLE. This inline-four powertrain develops up to 182 pound-feet of torque when spinning at 4,400 RPM. The Camry XSE edition extracts 206 net hp from this signature I-4 engine. When revolving at 4,600 RPM, the slightly enhanced powerplant cranks out 184 lb-ft of torque. Each Camry model compresses regular unleaded gasoline at exactly 13:1. These midsize Toyota sedans are equipped with the Direct Shift 8AT system, which is refined for efficient and athletic performance. If you want more precision for shifting, utilize the Sequential Shift Mode for this signature gearbox. You can add the Dynamic Torque Control AWD system to each model for superior handling on slippery pavement. A multi-link rear suspension system is an ideal installation on these reliable Japanese cars. The XSE boasts sport-tuned shock absorbers and coil springs for even greater comfort and handling. Additionally, both Camry XLE and XSE trims have 12.0-inch front disc brakes with single-piston calipers and power assistance.
Design Features
Trimmed in genuine leather, eight-way front seats are installed inside the 2024 Toyota Camry XLE and XSE. Seatback pockets are integrated into these deluxe first-row seats. Both trims may be enhanced with a special package that adds multi-stage ventilation and heating to these seats. Likewise, a heating package is available for the leather-appointed steering wheel in each model. Wood-style inlays are integrated into the XLE’s modern cabin. Patterned metallic inlays are incorporated into the XSE’s sporty cockpit. Both Camry editions boast rear LED reading lights and front ambient lighting. You’ll also admire some premium exterior items on both trims, like the color-keyed side mirrors. Some notable installations distinguishing the XSE model include sport side rockers and a Gloss Black front grille with a fine mesh. This edition has black trimming around the front LED headlamps. Gloss Black decorates the trim’s 19-inch alloy wheels. You’ll get 18-inch alloy wheels in Dark Gray on the XLE version.
Technology Features
The Audio Plus infotainment console adds a 9-inch touchscreen to the 2024 Camry XLE and XSE. Standard mobile-friendly applications on this multimedia system include Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Both trims offer upgrades to the Dynamic Navigation system from an optional package. You’ll get nine JBL speakers with a subwoofer from the same bundle that includes the signature navigation. A one-year subscription to Remote Connect is included with the purchase of either trim. Similarly, these midsize Toyota sedans have a one-month trial to Wi-Fi Connect with 4G networking from AT&T. You can pair the infotainment system with the optional Panoramic View Monitor, which delivers 360-degree aerial and street-level visual coverage in real-time.
